Overview
Tracking Success NumbersWith Hope is dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and preventing suicide among individuals in high schools, middle schools, and the community. They strive to educate, equip, and empower people by providing valuable information on recognizing the signs and symptoms of depression and suicide. Each semester, our team engages with thousands of students, staff, and community members through impactful presentations.
To effectively measure the impact of their efforts, they encourage participants to complete evaluation forms after each presentation. These evaluations play a crucial role in tracking the influence of our presentations. In the past, however, the tracking system lacked organization and often led to inaccurate data. Recognizing this issue, I took the initiative to develop a new and improved data tracking system. Through streamlining and digitizing the data collection processes, I have successfully created a more efficient system. Moreover, I have implemented a comprehensive spreadsheet to ensure the accuracy of the recorded data. With this enhanced tracking system, With Hope can now provide our donors and grant writers with reliable and compelling evidence of our success. The verified data can then be utilized to showcase achievements through various channels, including social media posts, website pages, and more. By sharing these statistics, the goal is to establish the credibility of our organization and inspire others to join the cause. Social CampaignsThrough my time at With Hope I took part in co-running many campaigns for fundraising and awareness purposes. But, in May 2023, I was asked to lead, create, and plan a campaign called “Conversations Create Connections”. The goal of this campaign was to highlight how a lack of connection can lead to poor mental health, as well as also to foster the space for people in the community to join us in creating new connections through conversations. Every aspect of this campaign from the logo to daily content, I brainstormed, created, and designed. The first week included information on how to have a conversation about mental health as well as resources for help in the community. The second, included video graphics of "Connection-Creating Convo Starters" for both inner-circle relationships and meeting someone for the first time. Then the third week includes a partnership with Cafe Biaani, a community coffee shop, to create a space for people to come and create connections with someone new. Below is the logo as well as a few examples of the content I created for the month. Want to know more about the details of the campaign? Let me know!
